because it's an Earth Day Birthday around here 🎂
As a sustainability writer, there's always added pressure to create some epic piece on Earth Day. It's the Day of Sustainability, after all, right? But it’s also my younger son’s birthday today, so the focus is making his day special. He asked for tilapia with these cookies, and I am happy to oblige.
